Course Description
In our weekly classes students start off with warm up exercises and improvisation designed to develop their creativity, spontaneity and confidence.
Then they analyse the weekly script and explore the different elements of the scene. After that it’s on to rehearsal and blocking the scene for camera.
Finally the performances are recorded in our live multi-camera studio and played back so students get immediate feedback and responses from their teacher and fellow actors.

Courtney Miller (Teacher)
Courtney has over 10 years’ experience in actor training as well as a degree in both Psychology and Counselling.
Courtney was a series regular on Channel 7’s, ‘Home and Away’, between 2018 – 2022. During this time, Courtney was nominated for the ‘Most Popular New Talent’ Award at the 2019 Logies.
Courtney’s teaching’s draw on the great teachers such as Stanford Meisner, Stanislavski, Uta Hagen, Stella Adler and many more. Courtney’s teachings encompass the wisdom she has gained from her own teachers over the last 10 years, as well as from her own experience working in psychology, the art world, and the TV industry.
