About Screen Actors

Who Are We?

At Screen Actors we have been training people of all ages to act for the screen for the last 25 years. We have helped thousands of people develop their creativity and confidence and kick off their acting journey. Many have gone on to work in the industry, in feature films, drama series, commercials and educational programs.

As well as our weekly classes for adults. teens and kids we run a range of specialist workshops focussing on subjects such as Auditioning Skills and American dialects and producing showreel material and photographic portfolios.

Each year we take a group of actors for an intensive at the world renowned Stella Adler School of Acting in the heart of Hollywood. For many this is absolute highlight of their training, introducing them to advanced acting techniques and giving them an insight into the possibilities of this world and the pathways to get there.

Our Philosophy

At Screen Actors we believe everybody who has the passion, no matter their age or background, can learn to act for the Screen. We believe that acting is best taught by “doing” That’s why we work on a different scene every week.

When a scene is workshopped at Screen Actors, aspiring actors are guided through the process of creating convincing and dramatically involving performances. They learn what habits to build on and what mistakes to avoid.

There is no other activity that can get more economically to the core of what actors most need to practice and learn
